About me
I was born in Windsor in the southwest of England and moved to Hamburg in 1991 for love. I live in the lively district of Ottensen, where I enjoy the friendly mix of people and my long walks by the Elbe with my dogs.
For the past 20 years, I have worked as a coach and consultant in both business and personal contexts. I support individuals, teams, and couples through periods of transition, complex decisions, and relationship challenges. I help my clients gain a clear, compassionate understanding of themselves and their situation, to then develop the next steps for meaningful and lasting change.
Having experienced the value of professional guidance in my own relationship, I am deeply committed to helping couples rediscover connection and move forward together.
Clients value my:
-
Non-judgmental and open-minded attitude
-
Ability to create a safe and supportive space
-
Clarity in recognizing patterns and giving feedback
-
Balance of empathy, structure, and practical guidance
With me, everything is allowed. I work with couples of all backgrounds, lifestyles, and relationship models.

I approach my clients with empathy and pragmatism.
